Due to the nature of our business, all orders are sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order is already being processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept return/refund requests in the following cases only:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (generally 15–45 business days depending on destination)
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Wrong size ordered by the customer (please check size charts carefully)
Minor color differences due to screen display settings
Delays caused by customs clearance
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Refund Method

Shipping Costs
